Jill Hennessy

Jill Hennessy was born in Edmonton in Alberta, Canada on November 25, 1968. She is one of Canada's most famous and wealthiest TV Actresses. Her appearance on Law and Order She was on Law and Order along with Chris Noth. Hennessy, born in Edmonton Alberta was a star of the show. John Hennessy's job as a meat-salesman and marketing executive required a great deal of traveling, and the family had to move often. The mother, Maxine an administrator, was a secretary who left their family back in 1982. She left her daughter fostered by her paternal grandmother Eleanor who lives in Kitchener Ontario. Her twin sister Jacqueline is an American magazine editor, and her older brother John Paul J.P. Hennessy Jr. was raised in Canada. Hennessy is a descendent of Irish French Swedish Italian on her father's side and to mostly Ukrainian Roma along with Austrian on her mother's side. She went to Stanley Park Senior Public School and graduated from Grand River Collegiate Institute and performed in Toronto. Hennessy and her sister had their first acting role as twin call girls in 1988's Dead Ringers. Her name was on the short list to play Dana Scully on The X-Files according to Gillian Anderson the actress who was eventually cast in the role. She married Paolo Mastropietro in 2000. They have two sons.
